BREAKFAST APPLE-PROTEIN FRITTERS

IMG_4669I loved these apple fritters for brekkie this morning and I stayed full for aages. Yum, yum, yum!

Serves: 1 – quite filling though!  Time: About 10 mins

Ingredients: 1 grated apple (skin and all), 1 scoop of your favourite natural protein powder, 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon-ish of oats.

Steps: Mix it all together with a fork until well combined. Heat some butter to a medium heat in a frying pan. Pour the mixture into the pan – you might need to press it down and into shape a bit. Cook for a few minutes, then flip and do the same until it is cooked through but still moist.

I enjoyed mine with greek yoghurt mixed with protein powder (only because I’m excited about my new Clean Lean Protein haha), and blueberries. Om nom nom.
